The museum is open daily except Sundays and holidays. Visiting the museum must be pre-arranged via phone, e-mail or through the feedback form below. Guided tours can be ordered in English, German or French languages.
Entrance fee (including the guided tour):
100 roubles for adults,
50 roubles for schoolchildren, students, retired persons.
Free admission for preschool children, disabled persons, and also for students, teachers, employers and guests of the Gnessins educational institutions.
